In the last episode of Cloak & Dagger, Detective Brigid O’Reilly made a horrifying discovery: the dead body of her boyfriend Officer Fuchs, who had been murdered and stuffed in a refrigerator. According to O’Reilly actor Emma Lahana, this will only drive her character to find justice for him, which will send her straight into Tandy and Tyrone’s path.
Asked how Fuchs’ death will impact O’Reilly moving forward, Lahana said, “She obviously didn’t like Connors from the beginning, because he’s a dick. She goes after him harder. You’ll see Brigid and Tyrone start to work together more and you’ll see her be more of an ally to Tyrone and Tandy, and then you’ll see some other stuff.”

“The last episode, when you see Fuchs fridged, I’m sure you know who had ties into making that happen. So they think that they won with the confession, but they didn’t. There’s still more work to be done, and they try to do that together,” she added.
“There are some really amazing scenes that Aubrey [Joseph] and I got to have together, and he’s so good, and it’s so funny because it doesn’t make sense for Brigid to be crying, but he would do these scenes and I’d be sitting there, trying not to cry, and then it’d turn into snot and it’d be like [sniffs],” she teased. “It was such a mess, but he’s wonderful and we have some really great stuff coming up.”
