Sylvester Stallone & Dolph Lundgren collaborating on action drama series
Deadline is reporting that Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, Universal Soldier, The Expendables franchise) and Oscar nominee Sylvester Stallone (Creed, Rocky, The Expendables franchise) are currently collaborating on an untitled hour-long action drama series.

The series, from Tony Krantz’s Flame Ventures, will star Lundgren while Stallone serves as executive producer alongside his Balboa Productions partner Braden Aftergood. Lundgren will play a covert operative at the Department of Safety and Security at the UN. His character is described as the UN’s special secret agent, a one-man S.W.A.T. team and hostage negotiator.
According to the outlet, the show was pitched to Fox, CBS, NBC, Netflix, and Apple this week. The series is written by Ken Sanzel (Reef Break, Numbers), who will serve as the showrunner on the pilot, which might be directed by Stallone.
Executive producers also include Sanzel, Krantz, and Lundgren’s manager Craig Baumgarten from Zero Gravity.

Stallone and Lundgren have worked on numerous movies together, including Rocky IV, Creed II, and The Expendables franchise. Stallone’s upcoming projects include Rambo: Last Blood, Tough as They Come, and The Expendables 4. Lundgren will next be starring in Acceleration, Hard Night Falling, Wanted Man, and Malevolence.
