Keanu Reeves is looking sharp as John Wick thanks to Sideshow Collectibles' new figure, which debuted at San Diego Comic-Con 2018. John Wick is the movie that reinvigorated Reeves’ career after a few years making duds like 47 Ronin, playing a legendary hitman who goes on a rampage when his pet dog is murdered during a home invasion. While the premise sounded goofy on the surface, John Wick’s mix of stylish action, creative world building and great supporting cast saw it become an unexpected hit.

John Wick: Chapter 2 arguably surpassed the original, building on the mythology of the first movie while upping the action to insane levels. The film ended on a cliffhanger that practically guaranteed a sequel, and John Wick 3: Parabellum is said to be the last of the trilogy. The movie will deal with John as he tries to escape from New York after a huge contract is put on his head. Halle Berry is among the actors who join the John Wick series in Parabellum, while Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, and Lance Reddick all reprise their roles from the previous films.

John Wick has already become something of an iconic action hero, and now fans of the series will be able to take home a detailed figure from Sideshow Collectibles, following its official unveiling at this year's SDCC. For more on that, check out the photos below:

The character is looking sharp in his trademark suit, even in toy form. Of course, no John Wick toy would be complete without an arsenal, and here he comes packing an automatic shotgun, an assault rifle, an assortment of pistols and even a few gold coins:

While John Wick isn’t exactly a kid-friendly franchise, it’s a little strange that, given the popularity of the character, there isn’t much in the way of toys or other merch. That said, a TV series spinoff called The Continental is in development and takes place in the titular hotel from the movies where assassins get to lounge around in luxury in-between jobs. The show was greenlit by Starz at the beginning of 2018, and while Wick himself won't be a lead character, Reeves is expected to make a guest appearance. There's also talk of a spinoff movie focused on a female assassin called Ballerina.

The John Wick franchise has been something of a beacon for action fans in recent years, delivering well-shot and choreographed action scenes with a minimum of computer effects. It’s also built an intriguing netherworld of assassins and secret societies, so while it will be sad to say goodbye to John Wick if the third movie is the end, there are other avenues the franchise could explore once Wick sets down his guns for good.
